All commissions are uploaded and shared via social media. Unless stated otherwise by the client.

I have the right to refuse service. If harassment ensues, you will be blocked.

Some Thematic Art is acceptable: (i.e. dark fantasy, mild horror, mature, mild gore, etc.) if I am not comfortable with your request I have the right to refuse service and refund your money.

Always provide references for your art requests. Written or images.

All clients must be 18 or older.

Refunds Once I accept the work, commissioned pieces generally can take 3 months to complete. Depending on the piece request and volume of workflow. If an emergency comes up or something else occurs in your IRL just send me a DM and we can discuss what you'd like to do.

Refund info: If I refuse the work or if something were to happen in IRL; Kofi takes no fee but Paypal takes a 3% fee.

You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the artwork commission to any third parties (AI technology, blockchains)

Commercial Reuse of Services Use of Services does not entitle the users to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, The member or user agrees not the replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, resell. nor exploit for any unagreed commercial reason. (see Commercial use below).

Commercial purposes, most work is purposed for noncommerical use only if you do want Commercial Art to use for advertising and selling; this must be discussed prior to providing any form of payment.

Any obviously stolen characters will result in immediate cancellation of your request.

Payment is paid upfront after agreement is made. I will not begin until the initial full payment has been processed.

Other Payment options: Venmo and Cashapp.

Depending on the commission; additional fee's may be required.

Provide sketches or references

A rough sketch will be sent to the client to review to undergo any desired changes. Once approved the final draft will be made.

Line art begins once the first step and final sketch draft is approved.

Colors, shading, and highlights are the final step.

Commissions are a first come first served basis. You will be added to a waitlist, depending on the current commission que.

Art style: Is semi-realistic and anime inspired. Please allow some room for Creative freedom.

If anyone knowingly provides any information of a false, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete nature will result in the suspension of Services, this member will be violating Agreement terms and will be refused any and all current or future services.

Upon creating your personal account to access commission services that you provide a username, password, or email for are your responsibility. Courtzgarden is not responsible for any third party access to your account that may include Theft, Appropriation, or Misappropriation of your account. If this happens contact the website provider you made the account with and report this.
